For oral language, written as a text, language is the integration of spoken and written language. As the most basic form of verbal activity, spoken language exists earlier than written one, and provides fresh nutrients for it. Spoken language is the foundation of language. As a result, to ignore the value and the teaching of spoken language will cause language teaching incompletely. It is an influence on both leaner's'life and their overall development, and ultimately will affect the development of mother tongue as well as the reality language life. However, for a long time, our language education is always difficult to change the chronic of oral re-light written, leading to high consumption of inefficient language education, and even "hemiplegics." Oral communication and its teaching are the highlight of Chinese New curriculum, which allows Chinese language subjects returned to the commitment to really start enhance language learner's spoken and written literacy. However, in the process of curriculum reform implementation, language teaching has went into the error area of out of reality and situation ----- situation creating, so that there is a substantial advance difficult in oral communication teaching. Chinese language education has increased on the surface of oral communication of teaching content, but it is very difficult to implement, which make oral communication teaching inefficiency.Facing the present situation of spoken teaching in primary schools, drawing on domestic and international the relevant theory of contexts, this study attempted to research oral communication and the context comprehensively by the literature, questionnaire, interdisciplinary research, from the perspective of context to explore new oral communicative teaching strategies, looking for the new path of fitting students to develop in line with the teaching of oral communication, thus attempted to achieve oral communication in theoretical and practical aspects of teaching.This study analyzed the original questions of oral communication firstly, revaluated of the value of oral communication, re-examined the meaning of oral communication .Then by comparing the analysis with the current status of primary school oral communication teaching, this study found out that lack of the situation is the key factor limiting the development of oral communication teaching. Secondly placed oral communication teaching in situation, explore the relationship between situation and oral communication teaching, and then related to the theory of situation and the practice of other subjects teaching, lay a foundation for the integration of contexts and oral communication from a different perspective. Based on these, the study proposed based on the Situation of oral communication Strategy Teaching, and set up by the "original situation - default situation - generated situation - the real situation - living situational" situation posed by lineage, thus achieve oral communication by the "theoretical" to the extension of the real situations, set up contact with the living, so as to change the current status of oral communication inefficient, in order to reverse the Oral Communication weak position, and then for students to further develop oral language assistance, in order to contribute their own language teaching in a change effort.
