The new curriculum reform is a major initiative of the teaching of modern education reform , update the concept of education, personnel training mode change and a systematic project . the needs of upper and lower joint efforts to form a cohesive force in order to guarantee the smooth progress of curriculum reform. Therefore the management should also be classes in traditional and innovative, inheritance and critical collide with each other to find a suitable location. But in China's current management of secondary school classes, with the new curriculum reform in depth the development of moral education classes in support of curriculum reform has lagged behind somewhat, particularly in the secondary stages of education, teachers are only concerned with the curriculum reform in education progress the neglect of the new situation class management improvements, so that the curriculum reform in the actual teaching is often blocked.To this end the author to the area for secondary education survey, vegetable questionnaire, observation, interviews and document analysis on the status of class management study and found that managers of the old concepts of education, management models backward, unscientific evaluation of issues such as a serious impact on the scientific management classes, thus affecting the new curriculum reform further implemented. In the investigation based on the analysis, in the face of the current situation of backward classes in management, the author in a deep understanding of the concept of the new curriculum, together with their own management experience, on how to improve the classes under the new curriculum reform and scientific management level further:①New Curriculum managers operate schools;②The new curriculum reform should be strengthened under the class ranks of the professionalization of the building;③building a people-oriented management model classes;④promote teachers, students, parents, three-in-one class management;⑤New Curriculum in class management and establish a new modern relationship between teachers and students in these five areas described an attempt to Curriculum Reform in the new concept of scientific and effective management measures on the implementation of the class to do some exploring.The purpose is to engage in class on the role of managers in order to offer their valuable suggestions, and can motivate more of the creative class management, class management in guiding the work of a certain degree of practical significance, so that more teachers in class management easier. Moral education classes and then expand the channels, to promote a new curriculum reform process.
