Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Specialty Provision Of High Vocational Education In Xinjiang

The development of high vocational education in Xinjiang has a relatively short history,but it has a rather rapid development in schools,students,teachers,specialties and soon on. With the accelerating of economic restructuring and the space of economic and social development in Xinjiang. In general , high vocational education in Xinjiang is still running a small scale, scattered resources, inadequate investment,weak basic and so on, compared with regular high education. Because there is a large gap between the needs of the development of autonomous economic and social development and the development of high vocational education .Study on specialty provision of high vocational education in Xinjiang is needed, hoped to find a solution through theoretical research and practice.In this study, specialty provision of high vocational education is main logical line. Based on the situation in Xinjiang area and served the development and needs of Xinjiang's economic and social development as backdrop, this paper try to adopt literature to hackle research findings, then, trying to use successful experience of specialty provision of high vocational education from part developed countries for reference. This essay has revealed current situation and summarized three main issues in structure, management and understanding of specialty provision of high vocational education in Xinjiang. After that, it has analyzed the causes of these problems that are due to lack of institutional constraints, serious shortage of school funding and lagging education philosophy. And according to these causes, it has put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: first is to take demand as guidance, optimize the professional structure and promote coordinated development; second is to put funding in place to ensure the material basis of specialty provision and promote sustainable development of specialty provision; third is to strengthen the connotation of the construction, reach the unity of ideas and action and improve quality.
