In order to attract and train a group of outstanding university students to join the teaching profession, and actively dedicated to the work of the central and western rural areas to change the backward state of education in rural area. In May 2007, Ministry of Education to implement free education Normal hygiene measures (for Trial Implementation) promulgated and implemented to determine from the new students enrolled in the autumn of 2007 onwards, six Ministry of Education to Implement Normal School Students free education. The implementation of this policy has been more than two years, free teacher-training students learning by social concern, teachers' professional identity is the psychological foundation of good teaching profession is that teachers most enduring source of emotional power, is engaged in the teaching profession's basic psychological ready to train up quality Teachers hygiene, first of all let them enjoy the teaching profession recognized the recognition of this profession, they will be more positive and proactive, pleasant state of mind into the profession, resolving a variety of pressures and conflicts, and love from the heart, on this career.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the literature review, mainly for domestic and professional identity, and teacher professional identity of the related research done in order, as the theoretical basis for this study:The second part of the process of preparing the questionnaire, the questionnaire for the self study questionnaire, Questionnaire for information related to the questionnaire, after three forecasting and data processing to form with good reliability and validity of the questionnaire, to the questionnaire included four dimensions:professional values, career expectations, career will, professional performance; third part of the results of the survey-based research and analysis; fourth part is the discussion and recommendations. This basis of the findings from the national, school, personal three levels of some specific measures and suggestions.The results show that:(1) Free teacher-training students to career identity questionnaire has good reliability, validity; (2) free of charge a higher teacher-training students to career identity; (3) Free Normal School Students was born in gender, which school there was a significant difference; (4)Free Normal hygiene level of professional identity and teacher of students in general self-efficacy, study, professional satisfaction, there was a significant positive relative to the higher professional identity will be higher; and aspiration level, concerns about the extent and vocational identity was negatively related to also show that the level of ambition, worries the lower level, the higher the professional identity.
