Society needs different kinds of talented persons, which provides the wide spread developing space for the development of the fine arts characteristic high school. The fine arts characteristic high school gives an artistic course, that is, fine arts, and literacy courses, required in college entrance examinations. Through a series of teaching reforms and researches, the school brings hopes to many students who would not have any chance to go to college. But the kind of school faces various disadvantages, such as the student's poor achievements in literacy courses, the lack of teaching periods, and the low efficiency of teaching methods. It is an obvious fact that there is a decline in the student's Chinese quality and that the efficiency is low in the Chinese classroom teaching. So it is urgent to do a deep going and attentive research on the Chinese classroom teaching in the fine arts characteristic high school in order to find out methods to raise our Chinese teaching efficiency to serve the student's overall developments.This article goes over the whole course of the Chinese classroom teaching in the fine arts characteristic high school, which is an exceptional case, finds and analyses various problems, and puts forward the measures for improvement so as to change a series of embarrassing phenomena in the Chinese classroom teaching, to raise the Chinese classroom teaching efficiency in the fine arts characteristic high school and to improve all-sidedly teachers'personal qualities through the Chinese classroom teaching research. During the course of the research, the writer mainly adopts the methods of the questionnaire, the individual case analysing and the document study. The article first introduces the concept of"the fine arts characteristic high school", gives brief description of the particularity of this kind of school, examines the present situation of the Chinese classroom teaching, exposes the main problems in it, and then discusses the four reasons for the Chinese classroom teaching research in the fine arts characteristic high school. Based on it, the article introduces the Chinese classroom teaching concept in the fine arts characteristic high school with the background of the new curriculum: 1.Teachers must pay close attention to students'progress or development in teaching; 2.teachers are required to handle well the relationship between time and efficiency; 3.teachers should pay more attention to the estimation in the Chinese classroom teaching; 4.Teachers are required to have a consciousness of introspection in the Chinese classroom teaching.The issue of the new curriculum standard provides a broad background and favourable conditions for carrying out this teaching concept. According to the understanding of it, the writer puts forward the effective teaching tactics suitable for the Chinese classroom teaching in the fine arts characteristic high school: 1.Work out five basic principles of teaching aims; 2.Create active classroom atmosphere from beginning to end; 3.Design attractive questions; 4.Grasp the theme to carry on dialogues; 5.Guide positive movements based on what is learned.In the writer's opinion, we used to pay attention to the process in the Chinese teaching instead of the teaching estimation. In fact, the teaching estimation is also an important part in the classroom teaching. the classroom teaching estimation in scientific, high-efficient and overall ways is the essential guarantee to realize the efficient teaching. The Chinese classroom teaching estimation in the fine arts characteristic high school not only reflect the classroom teaching effect correctly and promptly and learn about the students'learning result, but also help teachers to find problems in time and adjust the teaching content speed, and etc. in order to raise the classroom teaching efficiency. Meanwhile, teachers should have the concept that students are a principal part of estimation as well. Thus teachers can cultivate the students'love for study and their sense of participating in the classroom teaching, and improve their ability of developing self introspection.In the real life, appropriate introspection enables people to understand life more thoroughly. In the end, in view of the particularity of the fine arts characteristic high school, the writer makes a study of the necessity of introspection in the Chinese classroom teaching, and puts out that as Chinese teachers in this kind of school, they should introspect the choice and the design of the Chinese classroom teaching content, use various methods to introspect positively as well, and set up a consciousness of introspection with new curriculum concept so as to do their best to raise the classroom teaching quality in the fine arts characteristic high school, to change the embarrassing situation of the Chinese teaching, and to promote the Chinese classroom teaching efficiency.
