International competition becomes more intense in the 21st century, in the past time,teacher education commitment into normal university.but now,it shared by both normal university and comprehensive university.Thus,the two become competed fierce in teacher education.How to normal university survive in it?It face pressure to raise the level of running,while it faces urgent requirement for high-quality professional teacher of social and basic education.In order to keep the characteristic of teacher education and improve education quality,normal university must be reform and develop in a new backgroud,to really take the characteristic way.This article is largely collected information of physics teacher education in normal university and comprehensive university by literature review,compared physics teacher education in normal university and comprehensive university to find its similarities and differences. At the same time, sum up the advantages of physics teachers education in normal university,and suggest that normal university should take advantage of the potential in physics teacher education,begin to prepare the physic implementation of the professional course. establish a new physics curriculum implementation plan, thus enhancing the teaching ability of graduates to go on working and adapt to the requirements of basic education.The article comprises five parts:The first part described the status of teacher education at home and abroad, understand that the implementation of teacher education programs in the current study did not receive sufficient attention. Analysed two related concepts of teacher education and curriculum implementation,collected the various the training program of colleges and universities in China physics teacher education, and randomly selected more representative of several universities to contrast,That the normal university is more disadvantaged than Comprehensive university,but also has some advantages. This study also described the value and significance of the research process in this paper which are mainly used in literature, investigation methods, lessons learned and other research methods.The second part analyzes the factors affecting curriculum implementation, teacher education from the influence of factors affecting normal and then analyzed the factors of physical education teachers for the new program in this article provide a basis for the design.The third chapter expounds the value orientation of curriculum implementation, analyzing the different values and their mutual links.
