In January 2018,the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Development of the Teaching Staff of the New Age" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly stated that we must vigorously revitalize teacher education and continuously improve teachers' professional quality.Improve the level and the quality of teacher training,according to the needs of the reform and development of basic education,the practice-oriented optimization of the curriculum system for teacher education and the improvement of the quality of teacher education are urgent and practical issues.This research uses the text analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and so on to study the teaching situation of teacher education course of X teacher college.Based on the “Teacher Education Curriculum Standards”,the text analysis of the teacher training program for the normal students of the school was conducted to analyze curriculum setting of the Normal University.The 589 senior students of three majors in the arts and sciences conducted questionnaire surveys in terms of curriculum setting,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,teaching effects,and course evaluation.Interviews were conducted with 12 teacher-education class teachers and 12 seniors.Research conclusions: the beneficial practice of teacher education in this school is as follows: the teacher education curriculum is relatively abundant,except for pedagogy,psychology,all majors are equipped with subject teaching theory,subject teaching theory practice,and curriculum standards,science majors are also equipped with teaching experimental research in primary and secondary schools;the whole process of practical teaching activity is more reasonable.This activity is arranged independently by teachers and students and runs through the whole process of normal student training.The purpose is to improve the teaching skills,professional ethics and scientific research ability of normal school students;the teaching evaluation methods of the “Discipline Teaching Practice” course are diverse,and flexible use of lectures + teaching plans + thesis + PPT production methods.The main problems are: teaching teachers are weak;most teachers have experience in teaching inprimary and secondary schools,but there are few professional teaching theories;there is no corresponding teacher incentive mechanism in the whole practice teaching,teachers volunteer to guide students,and their enthusiasm is not high;after the teaching practice returned to school,the follow-up guidance was not in place,and the problems existing in the internship of the normal students could not be solved effectively;the teaching methods of teacher education courses are relatively single,and classroom teachers are accustomed to use lecture methods;the teaching effect is not good,can not meet the requirements of the teacher qualification test,and can not be separated from the "memorize" when preparing for the test;the teaching content of "modern educational technology" is obsolete,and it is still based on PPT,Excel,and courseware production.The main suggestions are: Strengthen the construction of teachers in teacher education,especially the teachers of subject teaching theory;construct a reasonable teacher incentive mechanism to combine material incentives with spiritual incentives;to strengthen the follow-up and guidance of normal students after returning to school for teaching practice,and to summarize,evaluate and guide them in a timely manner;teachers should combine the characteristics of the curriculum to innovate teaching methods;to improve the overall quality of prospective teachers in a diversified mode and conform to the teacher qualification exam;reform of the "modern educational technology" curriculum content system.
