Policy terminology, concluded by the China’s central government and the Party, is the specific vocabulary that are used as dealing with a series of domestic and foreign affairs activities and catering to the current situation of the primary stage of socialism for a long time. Policy terminology not only gets involved in the political arena, but also the economy, science and technology, education, national defense, the people’s livelihood, etc. It has been used especially in foreign affairs interpretation. Professional, scientific, class, time sensitive characteristics decided the particularity of the policy terminology research of Chinese-English consecutive interpreting of. Before exploring Chinese-English consecutive interpreting of translation, knowing about the current situations of interpreting at home and abroad becomes a necessary task. At the same time, Chinese-English consecutive interpreting regards the interpretive theory of translation from Paris’ s scholars- " deverbalization " and "cognitive supplement" as the theoretical guidance. The principles of accuracy and culture are not only conformed to the core subject, but also political sensitivity and culture with Chinese characteristics. There are some problems of inappropriate collocation, redundancy, unconverted, which will be solved by the methods of literal interpretation and paraphrasing, liberal translation, affixation and vocabulary synthesis.All the thesis is guided by the interpretive theory of translation and based on the principle of policy terminology of Chinese-English consecutive interpreting of translation. Meanwhile, according to the massive practice of Chinese-English consecutive interpreting of translation, the author will study policy terminology of Chinese-English consecutive interpreting of translation’s problems and strategies.
