Temporary put forward by the Chinese academic circle and the accurate quantification of the concept of the two classes on a large-scale relationship has not been very good. In this article, through combing the two research history and present situation of the concept of respectively analyzed the connotation and denotation, speculated that the state class, it is concluded that the reasonable relationship between the two. Based on the research achievements of this paper, we have some Suggestions were put forward for the related measure words of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper first reviews the research history and status quo of temporary and accurate quantification, and points out their relationship problems. Temporary quantifier from Ding Shengshu(1961) started already, then no matter its inclusion or exclusion, academic circles to the extensive research, we are according to the test data will be temporarily use nouns used as quantifier to this kind of words is called temporary quantifier, on its part of speech that temporary quantifier nature belongs to the noun. Quantifiers research also has already been done, no temporary quantifier so widely, but also from the connotation of the extension was studied. This paper mainly investigates the status quo is accurate quantification of part of speech is analyzed according to the existing three. In the analysis and study of the two types of terms, found that there exists a certain consistency between these two concepts.On this basis, combining with our temporary and accurate quantification of the two classes stand on a large-scale principle, according to the analysis of our proposed to the solution for the problem of the relationship between these two concepts. First, we think that the term quasi quantifiers have stay in the process of the history of linguistics, now is just a temporary name of quantifiers, collectively known as the temporary measure words. On the semantic feature of it is to belong to capacitive type. In modern Chinese, we can return under the temporary measure words in class, and will be a separate classification of terms. At the same time, we think of temporary quantifier from essence is a kind of in a particular case which has the function of quantifier special nouns. Secondly, in order to unified planning, we continue to these two kinds of single independent terms, only on its denotation would-be category and to a temporary name of quantification.According to this paper the problem of the relationship between temporary and accurate quantification solutions, our teaching Chinese as a foreign language for related quantifier puts forward some Suggestions. First for temporary quantifier in investigates the problems existing in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language, mainly for Chinese as a foreign language teachers themselves and the problems in the teaching material and reference books, and then puts forward the mainly teachers, textbooks as the medium of teaching strategy, namely is given priority to with teachers, to strengthen the effectiveness of classroom teaching practice; Teaching material as the auxiliary pole at the same time, strengthen the students’ knowledge of this part on temporary quantifier.Research of this paper to solve in the research of Chinese quantifiers temporary and accurate quantification of the concept of this set of relations, deepening the understanding of relevant linguistic phenomenon, a more reasonable conclusion, and using this conclusion to improve the language phenomena in the teaching strategy in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, not only has theoretical significance, also has practical guiding significance.
