An Analysis On The Mode Of Surplus Labor Transfer In State-owned Farm

29 years witnessed the reform for state-owned farm in China. During the process, management, distribution system, investment system and property relations have been changed a lot. The problem of surplus labor transfer in state-owned farm has brought bad influence, which counteracts the reform. This thesis analyzes the mode of surplus labor transfer in state-owned farm, basing on the empirical research on B state-owned farm.The first part analyzes the surplus labor transfer of state-owned farm in the background of state-owned farm reform. The development of state-owned farm has experienced three reform phrases, meanwhile, the labor management system and policy has improved. This part lays emphasis on how the macro-level factors effects the surplus labor transfer of state-owned farm and how farm workers depend on the systems.The second part is the empirical research on the plus labor transfer mode in B state-owned farm. It consists of two parts: how employment insurance system affects the plus labor transfer mode in B state-owned farm;using Logistic analysis model explains the mode of the labor transfer outside place and from the aspect of occupational stratification analyzes the mode of labor transferring in local place. The finding is that: the effect of employment insurance system is rigid;the selection of labor transfer modeobeys a rule-----survival needsâ†'economic needs, which makes their choices reasonableand economical;occupation in state-owned farm has become fruitful, which is very necessary in the reform.
