At the end of 90's, influenced by Harmel's theory of core competence, there has been anupsurge in research of core competitive force and coming with it, the government and enterpriseshave paid great attention to raising the core competitive force of enterprises. With China's joining the "WTO', facing to cruel competition, if the enterprises want tolive and develop, they must cultivate and improve the core competitive force of enterprises,Depending on the core competitive force, enterprises gain the living right and initiative right.Without the core competitive force, enterprises will not be able to face the globalization of theinternational economy and the challenges of the "WTO'. However, in the field of Chineseenterprises, less attention has been attached to the core competitive force. And there is no enoughtheory research on how to build and raise the core competitive force, especially there is lack ofresearch on the enterprises special development principle of the core competitive force. Starting form the general concept of competitive superiority, this thesis discusses the theoryof core competitive force, creates the evaluation model of engineering consulting enterprise oncore competitive force. Using the evaluating model will be benefit to raising enterprise' corecompetition force, and it also gives a set of solution of core competition force' evaluating andtraining to engineering consulting enterprise.The thesis consists of five chapters:Chapter 1 brings up the main effect of raising core competitive force, discusses theresearch method, with the state of the engineering consulting enterprise;Chapter 2 discusses thenecessity of creating core competitive force in the engineering consulting enterprise;discuss theconcept of enterprise' competitive force, explores the enterprise' competition advantage, thetheory of the enterprise core competitive force, and their analysis method;Chapter 3 discuss theenterprise core competitive force theory of engineering consulting enterprises, analyzes theelements of the core competitive force for engineering consulting enterprises, creates theparameter model of core competition force for engineering consulting enterprises;Chapter 4brings up the evaluating index system and evaluating method of the core competitive force forengineering consulting enterprises;Chapter 5 combines with a certain engineering consultingenterprises, evaluates and analyzes enterprise' core competitive force, and gives the solutions ofraising core competitive force.
