So, how to stimulate employee motivation, passion and creativity, that is an important human resource management issues. Especially in recent years, burnout has become a social phenomenon which cannot be ignored in our country. Staff burnout is bound to make cynicism at work, this will inevitably lead to the use of corporate capital are not perfect and waste of resources.Comprehensive reference to past research on job burnout, I think job burnout is closely related to the conflict, which prevalent in all types of organizations. And on the basis of this assumption, I further think that people's perception of the way the conflict and the ensuing conflict coping played an important impact on job burnout. The attribution as important aspects of cognitive processes, in this article was selected as an intermediary variable, so, this study was limited in the relationships of conflict, attribution, conflict coping and job burnout. In order to better meet the actual, the questionnaire was used in the study, and collected a large amount of data. Based on these data, I did some exploratory and confirmatory analysis, and build the corresponding relational models. At the end, according to research findings, I made some suggestions on the organization's conflict management and intervention of staff burnout.
