Human resource management (HRM) is very important in company, especially in small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) now. The problem of human resource in small and medium-size enterprises presented itself for the attention from the whole society.The competition in small and medium-size enterprises is very intension. The competition in small and medium-size enterprises is the competition of human resource substantially. Human resource is the most valued capital in the company. He will have the first-rate company and the first-rate benefit; fiche had the first-rate human resource. Small and medium-size enterprises must could enroll and motivate employee. As Mr. Chuan phi Liu, Chairman, LENOVO, has said,'the business management is namely the human resource management'.One main challenge for human resource (HR) management in small and medium-size enterprises is to balance the formal policies and the informal culture of these smaller firms. While HR formality has remained a subject of much qualitative analysis, it has not received much quantitative analysis.So, how to solve this problem has become a crucial thing. The first is to analysis the present situation of the human resource management in small and medium-size enterprises. The second is to find the problem of the human resource management in small and medium-size enterprises. The third is to solve those problems.
