With economic globalization and the deepening reform of power management system, strengthen strategic management, improve enterprise management level are becoming the focus of the power grid companies. Performance management, one of the modern enterprises daily management indispensable component part, is one kind of important means supporting the enterprise strategic goals to be achieved. How to build a consistent performance management system of power supply branch to adjust internal and external environment and improve overall operational efficiency and management level for enterprises to achieve the advancement is becoming a theoretical study and practical application of the relevant central.In this paper, the background of the performance evaluation system, meaning paper expounds the meaning of performance and performance evaluation; introduced the theory of the evolution of enterprise perfonnance evaluation process. The Balanced Scorecard and KPI theory applied to the Jiangmeng Grid Company (Short titled L Grid Company) performance management, from financial, customer, internal operating procedures, learning and growth aspects of enterprise perfonnance evaluation of the grid indexstem problems this paper, L Grid Company Example of how to build a sound performance management system. With critical success factor method and the fish bone diagram method, the objectives of the company step by step breakdown on how to establish a rational and efficient system of perfonnance management indicators; specific performance management through standardized processes, performance appraisal, performance feedback and performance results of the application other aspects of how to establish a sound performance management and operation system, and further improve the management level, regulate employee behavior, completion of strategic goals for the business to provide strong guarantee.Combining performance management indicator system, based on the management principles like planning, organizing, controlling, regulating, constructe a dynamic management processes for the performance management indicator system, including perfonnance plans to match, KPI change, performance changement, application and performance feedback, to achieve the effective integration between the perfonnance managemen indicator system and management systems that ensuring the effective implementation of performance management system, enhancing the level of L Grid Company management and operational efficiency, and to provide strong guarantee for the enterprise completion of strategic goals.The end of this article, through to the performance management system in the L power supply company practical application effect analysis verified, based on the balanced scorecard and key performance index the applicability of the performance management system and advanced. This paper and based on the author's practical work experience from financial, customer, internal operation procedure, learning and growth four aspects to the performance of the system, put forward some Suggestions on the further optimization for enterprises to improve the performance management level, enhance the efficiency of internal management, long-term strategic target realization provides an important technical support.
