As communication technology continues to progress, China's mobile communication industry developed from TACS,2G and 2.5G all the way up to today's age of 3G. Data transmission speed and the performance of mobile devices are rapidly increasing, leading to the evolution and extension of the industry value chain. Strength of the participants are growing and complexity of the relationship between the partners is increasing. In the age of mobile internet, telecom operators should actively respond to new conditions of the market and new characteristics of the value chain, adjust their own management and value chain model, in order to promote healthy development of the value chain while seeking enterprise value continuous growth.Firstly, this article reviews the academic development in the fields of value chain, value network and the evolution of mobile communications industry value chain, discovers the structure, competition relationship and business features of the mobile communication industry in the age of mobile internet. This article also researches the value chain model of other industry companies and foreign operators, discovers the platform trend; Secondly, since the age of mobile Internet access, domestic operators are also active in management innovation, to respond to new challenges. This article researches deeply into the management model of China Mobile's innovative product base, describes the whole system from three aspects:product development, product operations, finance and support, taking Sichuan and Liaoning for example. Then, taking centralized management as a starting point, this article analyzes the value and positive meaning, defects and problems, comparing with models of other operators; At last, for these problems, this article puts forward some suggestions for improvement on the industry value chain cooperation model and the inside management of the company.
