The coming era of technology advances and the knowledge economy,brought the tremendous development opportunities and greater challenges to the modern enterprise, which requires corporate managers made plan from a strategic perspective for development and expansion future of company, so that obtained sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is improving strategic execution, and it started from business and adopted scientific and rational survey on line, which meta-analysis the survey results and discovered the problems in the performance management system of Mengniu Dairy Group. There were pay much more attention to the instruction of leaders, and lack of staff participation, and lack of effective performance management in the process, and lack of effective feedback of assessment results, and lack of performance improvement. Meanwhile, according to SASAC's performance evaluation, used AHP to weight indicators, evaluated the current level of Mengniu Dairy Group performance by the fuzzy evaluation method.
