Facing to the continuously changing market, in order to achieve the goal of permanent operating, the enterprise shall reinforce and improve its own management, to reinforce resources procumbent and by optimizing internal resources, to transform it into the ability of creating and keeping sustainable competitiveness. Whereas human resources as the special resources of enterprises, has its nature of rareness, valuable, non-substituted and non-imitation– all these nature make it possible to acquire enterprise sustainable competitiveness through reasonable use, manage, develop human capital.Start from environment of Performance Management - Strategic Human Resources Management, this dissertation deeply studied the important, procedure, method and guarantee of performance management. In reality, performance management must under the direct of company strategy, to fully link all sections of human resources jobs in designing and implementation, to combine performance management and all functions of human resources to a organic integration. Only this way performance will become the strong supporting tools for realize the enterprises strategy and to make enterprises sustainable development. Following is a case study - a Sino-Italian Joint Venture– ZNX Ltd's performance management. Base on the human resources situation of ZNX before reform, this article analyzes the problem existed there, and then to build up ZNX's performance management system. Through the operating perspective this article further studies the important of performance management, especially the steps, process and difficulties in carrying out it. As for the performance appraisal for sales team, base on the purpose of conclude a quantification result through nature analysis, it designs different weight for several performance indicators.This dissertation is aiming to introduce the importance of performance management from theoretical perspective, and to impress the readers with specific case introduction.
