The effective human resources training system can improve staffs quality, and can become the core competency of an enterprise.The Human resource tranining system is the research subject for this thesis aims at improving the entire competitivess of the company, by seting up the effective human resources training system.Firstly , to state the relative theories on human resource training systerm . secondly, to analyze the existing human resource training system and problems existed in the training system and propose the new proposal for this system . in this essay , we used systimatic analysis method , reason and result analysis method and method of comnining theoretical reseach with practical reserch.This thesis designs a set of training system based on the research and analysis on the existing training system.
