Along with the knowledge economy era arrival, became the most important element of production and the public wealth, becomes fountainhead which a country economy grew; the essential matter which behind the enterprise's competition is staff accomplishment and competence, so devoting human resource training has become specially important. The function of human resources. The effective human resources training system can improve staffs' quality, and can become the core competency of an enterprise.The Human resource training system is the research subject for this thesis aims at improving the entire competitive of the company, by setting up the effective humanresource training system. Firstly ,to state the relative theories on human resource training system. Secondly, to analyze the existing human resource training system and problems existed in the training ,system and propose the new proposal for this system. in this essay ,we used systematic analysis method, reason and result analysis method and method of confining theoretical research with practical research.This thesis designs a set of training system based on the research and analysis on the existing training system . It helps to improve the staffs' professional ability and quality and helps the company to get the competitive advantage.
