Entering 21 century, with the high economic globalization and competition, employee' straining have been more important for an enterprise to get developing ability in the competitive market. More recourse has been put into this kind of program. But it is hard to determine the efficiency of these kinds of program; the administrative will make so big difference decision about the input of the training and developing program. It is necessary to research the relationship between the efficiency and the input of training program to develop the enterprise' s competitive ability in the business market. After studying much material abroad and domestic in the field of economics, managements and psychology and combining with the present employee's training plan and problem, The author analyzes the need of the training program and proposes some improvement for the practicing, managing and estimating of the training program The author is trying to combine actual practice in the enterprise and bring forth new idea for the management of human resource and help the enterprise to train the employee in a scientific and practicable way...
