| International trade as the main channel for technology spillovers, in the recent years, there has been widespread concern in theoretical circles.Extensive research to determine how to measure international trade and technology spillovers has got rich theory achievement and has applied to practice. The developing countries has been concerned increasingly that the national productivity growth of the technology spillovers from the developed countries to the developing countries through International trade. Today, China has formally joined the WTO, won the opportunity to use more technology spillovers. In a new environment, a clear understanding of the international trade of China's technology spillover effect is of strategic significance.Firstly, Papers expounded the concept and classification of technological progress, the concept of technical spillovers and the GTAP model analysis of the theory and characteristics.Secondly, the papers theoretically discussed the technical spillovers effect and the economy grows, between the international trade relations. The papers discussed the technical spillovers mechanism and the determining factor, constructed take the international trade as the foundation nine regions and 12 sectors GTAP technology spillovers models. Finally, the paper take the GTAP technology spillovers model as the foundation, the empirical analysis has simulated international technology spillovers of the industrial finished products sectors to the Chinese economy impacts. The papers in had determined China to originates from different national technology spillovers absorptive capability and China with in other national structural similarity, mainly has done following work: (1) Empirical simulation technology spillovers to Chinese counterparts Hicks neutral industry TFP growth, output growth, imports and exports, GDP, and the impact of welfare; (2) Papers certifid as intermediate inputs could bring China's capital-saving technological progress and labor-saving technological progress; (3) The papers discusses the technical progress of intermediate inputs to the technical progress of the industry counterparts in China; (4) The actual situation in China, the papers simulated on policy variables (import tax rate changes) Hicks neutral technology spillovers; (5) According to the simulation results of empirical we put forward policy recommendations. |
