For a long time, we intensively experience the powerful effect of the enterprise culture no matter in a contry or in an organization or in an enterprise. The Enterprise culture, as an effective management tool, is playing more and more important role in enterprise's development.China's automotive industry, started in the early 1950s, has now become the country's pillar industry with total annual sales reached ten million units. As the pioneer of China's automotive industry, China FAW Group and other well-known enterprises has become large-scale pillar enterprise with multi-dimensional economic sectors and production bases spread all over the country. Meanwhile, we are also faced many management challenges with the rapid development of China's automotive industry. So how to establish an appropriate and effective enterprise culture to meet the market competition requirement already appears more and more important.However, the studies on the enterprise culture in China's automotive industry and automotive manufacturers also cannot meet the actual need by far. FAW Group also has the generality problem in the aspect of enterprise culture construction, such as understanding insufficiency, the direction is not very clear and the method is limited and so on. During the working practices, I have opportunities to engaging the enterprise culture building from the beginning, and obtained some experiences and gradually owned some ideas.Based on this, the article preview FAW's developing process, summarized enterprise culture development conditions during the process, and proposed series of countermeasures on enterprise culture building such as operation and management principal, auto brand and culture building and the dissemination of enterprise vision image.
