Today we are living in an age of knowledge economy. Competition for talets is more and mor vigorous. Strategic human resourse management is paid great attention by enterprises all over the world. Emphases are put on the interdependence between strategy execution and human resourse management. The formation of organization strategy and it's implementation is depended on the employee's knowledge, technical ability and believe, behavior in the organization. Human resource of the high quality is important source that the organization is kept on competitive advantage. The ability of enterprise training system, strong or weak, directly relate to the strategic human resource developement. It's a important factor which influences the core competence of enterprise. Therefore, with the strategic human resource management in mind, this thesis relates training activities of human resource manage and business enterprise strategic organically, to view group training work from systematic angle, we can see group training work is a complicated system which has many main factors, multilayers and plays multi-functional role, it emphasizes the unify with whole function of training system and business enterprise strategic target. aim at the problem of training work in FAW which are exposed out during the times of enterprise developing strategy is transforming, particularly, the problem of manage mechanism, we had made complete analysis, on this foundation,we seek to set up " STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING SYSTEM of FAW ", and we began to integrate andoptimize relation of each factors in the system,and then,we tried to establish four systems: the training guarantee system, the training course system, training operational system and training achievements transition system, in the meantime, by way of establishing the system of group training management circulate evaluation control to make the regulation of negative feedback, to keep stability of whole training system, for completing millions of independent brand provide powerful human resource guarantee and intelligence support.The scientific training system's establishing will unifie effectively the FAW group strategy and human resources development training. It ensures the validity of the enterprise training, and it achieve finally improves the enterprise staff overall quality, to realize the staff and the enterprise development target, thus further promotes the enterprise core competitive ability. This article is aims at the FAW group training work practice composition. It has the strong realistic and operational. I hope to give use for reference for the group form enterprise, especially for the state-owned enterprise training work.
