It is significant that how to choose and manage suppliers of pharmaceutical enterprise under the guidance of supply chain management for promoting healthy development of our pharmaceutical industry, building a harmonious society, guaranteeing people's interests. Pharmaceutical quality not only relates with patients'lives, but also lives of pharmaceutical enterprises.This dissertation aims to solve the problems in pharmaceutical enterprise supplier selection and management,such as shortage of scientific selection procedures and perfect assessment system. By analyzing and studying on pharmaceutical enterprise supplier chain and current supplier management situation, put forward standard procedures for pharmaceutical enterprise supplier selection and management; elaborate selection, assessment, theoretical re-assessment system of supplier under strategic partnership; settle technical issues on assessment and re-assessment of supplier by applying fuzzy analysis hierarchy process and analysis hierarchy process, and make verification in ERP system of S pharmaceutical enterprise so as to make supplier selection and assessment of S pharmaceutical enterprise scientific, fair and open.
