Study On Method Of Land Quality Evaluation After Land Consolidation

Land is a scarce resource and the base of human survival and development. In recent years, with population growth, global change, urbanization and industrialization process to speed up and other reasons, caused by land use, arable land , the contradictions between people and land and other issues become more prominent. At the mid-90's of 20th century our country advancd land consolidation. Land consolidation in the increase in cultivated land, improve land revenue and improve the ecological environment has played an important role. How to evaluate land quality after land consolidation has become an important issue.In order to evaluate land quality after land consolidation scientifically ,rationally,effectively, and to offer the necessary supports for theory for the sustainableutilizing of land consolidation and land resource, this paper builds two index systems for land quantity evaluation of land consolidation to research the evaluation of land quantity. The paper based on the postulate of land quantity evaluation, using some mathematic methods and models such comparative analysis, Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and so on. By taking land consolidation item of Feixian Xuezhuang County as an example, this research gets that the method of agricultural land classification is a better evaluation method in some area which has been completed the job of agricultural land classification.The main study contents are as follows:1. The purpose and significance of the paper's topic is introduced and the results of land consolidation, land quality evaluation and agricultural land classification study home and abroad are summarized. As based on the results, the paper analyses the connotation of land quality, the development trend of land quality evaluation and the connotation of agricultural land classification. This paper illustrated the technical route and the main contens.2. This paper introduces the basic theories and research methods, analyses the principle of land quality evaluation, the methods of target selection and determining weight, the classification unit delineation and the land quality evaluation methods(including agricultural land classification and land suitability evaluation ), research ideas and technical route.3. Based on the totally grasp of the fact of the study area and a great deal ofinterrelated analyse , the evaluation index for land quantity is established by field survey, data analyse. Based on the regulation for classification on agricultural land by the National Land Resource Ministry of China, this paper uses Delphi method to screen the pre-extracting indexes. The results show that the indexes which are affect the quantity of land included: terrain slope ,degree of surface rock outcrops, thickness of soil, organic content, soil texture, obstacles to the depth of the surface layer, rate of guarantee of irrigation. The research provides scientific basis and strategies for a better protection and utilization ofagricultural land. It also can gives basis theory for drawing agricultural policy, building high-yield and stable-yield agricultural land.4. In this paper, the application of agricultural land classification and other methods to evaluate the quality of land of the study area. It can be drawn that the method of agricultural land classification can be applied to evaluate land quality by analying the results of the two types of quantity and spatial distribution from the two aspects of comparative analysis. In order to improve the accuracy of the method of agricultural land classification, this paper presents some measures to improve this method.5. At the end the thesis analyzes harvest and the shortcoming.
