With the rapid development of our country's economy, the issue of quality is more concerned about the focus, although the product quality of our country's has been enhanced a lot, there is a big gap with the quality of European, American, Japanese and Korean, the synthetic competitive ability of product has been affected by the quality issue, which is no use of enlarging the market and promoting the force of product。The article is emphasized on quality management of Quality control department, R&D, Manufacturing technical department, Machine technical department, and the relevant department of Production operation. The Samsung's subsidiary in Dongguan city manages quality through all employee participation and all processes, and focuses on customer's requirements. Under the leadership of high management, promoting the quality of product and the competitive market, the products satisfied by the customers are manufactured with the method of flexible production through management of system and decision based on fact, insisting on continuous improvement and keeping the mutual benefit with supplier.With the study on quality management of Samsung's subsidiary in Dongguan city, I'd like to find a method of quality management which could be referred by our country's enterprises, And thereby the level of quality management could be promoted, and the strong base to win a better development could be made.
