"A fourth ring" teaching mode is proposed by QingPu research institute after researching. This mode is a new teaching mode.This teaching mode which referencing certain basic teaching mode, guide teachers in teaching concept,teaching design,implementation of classroom teaching and so on to reduce deviation. To do this can ensure the implementation of the basic objectives,ensure the consolidation and well-organized of teaching and ensure the flexible and effective of learning.But how is the affection of this new teaching mode? Weather the teacher has any difficulty in the implementation? What are the difficulties? This new teaching mode weather can change the condition of teaching foreign language in primary school in QingPu? These questions are worthy of our consideration. So, the status quo investigation and analysis of this teaching mode has realistic significance and necessity.Firstly, this paper uses literature review method to comb domestic and foreign relevant studies.And then investigate and analyze the status of this teaching mode for some schools in QingPu through the questionnaire, interview method, the literature material law. At last, we reach the conclusion and suggestion. On one hand, the research results of this paper can be tested the new teaching mode of practical effect.On the other hand, in view of the actual use of the situation analysis,find out the deficiency in the future and then to improve.This paper is divided into chapter 5. The first chapter of the paper mainly introduced the research background, the paper studies purpose and significance of the research, the research content and research methods,the definition of the framework and the research. The second chapter of the paper introduces the theoretical basis of "A fourth ring" teaching mode respectively from the interaction theory, find learning theory and the primary school English teaching and learning theory, and then introduces the domestic and overseas scholars relevant research and exploration.The third chapter of the paper investigates the implementation of this teaching mode from the basic situation of teacher, teachers thought and attitude for this teaching mode,the concrete implementation process and results of this teaching mode,difficulties and problems existing in implementing this teaching mode.Finally,implement the investigation of the survey data and results in the form of a graph. The fourth chapter of the paper analysis the causes and results from the combination of the previous survey data and results of teachers'knowledge, attitude for this teaching mode, the concrete implementation process, and the difficulties and problems existing in implementing this teaching mode. Chapter five is conclusions and recommendations.This chapter concludes from the forward chapters'survey results,and then give teachers,school and research members some suggestions.
