The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of project management theory to improve the operation of enterprises listed on the need for counseling. The paper use the modern project management theory as a guide, to analyses the existing listed companies based on the counseling process, focusing on analysis of the current listing of business that exist in counseling more common problems in the hope that through the project management approach to address these issues. This paper studied time management, human resources management, quality management, cost management and post-project evaluation methods applied to investment banks listed on the work of project management counseling, focuses on time management counseling company listed in the company's control and listed after the issue of post-evaluation.This paper grasp the project's four key aspects of the operation, and look around four major elements of the project, focusing on four areas from the scope of the project management, that is time management, cost management and quality management to explore the relevance of the use of project management knowledge.
