As a high-technology organization which was known as technology and management innovation, how to design a proper compensation system to capitalize the employee potential is very important to improve and maximize efficiency of the management. Compensation management has become the biggest challenges to the organizationThis thesis picks up Zhong Bang Technology Corporation Limited as the object. It analyses the present problms of the compensation system. This research will target to attack the current issues of compensation system based on the modern Human Resources, Compensation Theory etc. First, we have a brief introduction and benchmark on the current and recent researches on the compensation theory in the world. Second, we have done a lot of research and analysis on the current state of the compensation system and identified the exsisting problems. Last, we apply the theory into designing the value-based compensation system. This system will target the different levels of employees with focus on sales, technology, and management. We will provide an overall introduction of this system concurrently estimate what kind of impact it will bring to the employee.Value-based compensation system is very innovative and flexible which can fit with corporation strategy. This system can be applicable to other fast-growing middle to small high technology corporation and this research can be used as a reference and guidance when you want to design the similar system in your organization. |
