The overall service of buildings leads the advanced management mode and the latest scientific technology into building services. The services side manages the building environment, sanitation, security, public facilities, energy consumption, public green, road maintenance in a professional and uniform mode and provides comprehensive, multifaceted integrated services. The traditional concept of property management is extended to a new industry chain combined with the upstream and downstream industry. The appearance of this industry meets the demand of market following the rules of market. This industry in China started relatively late.A large number of enterprises with uneven strength are set up. But the frequent disputes with the owners cause pessimistic prospects of this industry. Outsourcing refers to the using of excellent external resources by the enterprises based on their core competence.This mode can achieve lower costs, improve efficiency, rapid response to the environment. In this paper, the outsourcing of the overall services of buildings is proposed to address the existing problems. The main work of this paper is as follows.The development process of building service is divided into three parts.The status of this industry is analyzed. And the existing problems of the industry are also proposed.The concept of outsourcing is explained. And the advantage of this model is analyzed for the introduction of outsourcing into the building service.the concept of the outsourcing of the building service is put forward.The management problem is analyzed in four parts:project management, cost management, network management, energy management. And further analysis of its advantages and problems is also proposed.The feasibility of this mode is proved by a actual case.
