| Commercial bank,in the dominant position in economic system and national finance,plays a great important role in domestic economy increasement and development steadily.With the development of global economy and constantly incoming of foreign banks,Chinese banks are faced with the ever fierce competition.Nowadays,human resources has become the core competitiveness of enterprises,the competition of talents is the focus of competition of commercial banks Chinese banks have experienced a series of reform,like stockholding system.However,due to reasons like system,culture and history,when compared to foreign banks with more developed management theory,Chinese banks still have problems such as selection of the talents,employee training,salary,career prospects etc.,which manifests lacking of scientific employment institution,hitting employee’s enthusiasm,leaving of professional talents and job-hopping frequently,and makes Chinese banks at a disadvantage in furious talents competition.Regarding of these aspects,it is urgent and necessary to adjust and develop the human resources management system of Chinese commercial banks scientifically,bring up high-quality talents,excavate existing human resource potential,cultivate future talents systematic and realize the high efficiency of human resource to strengthen the competitiveness of Chinese banks and keep the rapid development of national banks and stabilization of country’s financial regulatory order.The author once worked in A bank’s Beijing branch,and has some knowledge of A banks’ human resource management situation.Therefore,hope through the analysis of problems in A bank,put forward practical instructions and suggestions to provide reference and application valve to other domestic commercial banks in human resource management.This article includes three parts.The first part introduces related concepts of human resource management and human resource development experience of commercial banks both home and abroad.The second part analyzes the human resource management situation of A bank’s Beijing branch,and points out the existing problems in recruitment,performance management,incentive system and training system,etc.The third part puts forward solution and corresponding countermeasures according to A bank’s human resource management problems,so as to realize the sustainable development of A bank and promote core competitiveness.Meanwhile,hope the case study of this article can help other national banks in human resource management reform and development. |
