Administrative Responsibility In Food Safety Incidents Studied

Food safety plays key role in people's livelihood.The government and its servants have to work for the supervision and urgent solution and others as such important duties in food security.But in certain cases,for its not suitable administrative action on food security, the government's work for these are not effective enough, they should be responsible for the food safety accidents in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.However,the determination and scope of the government's administrative responsibility and the procedure of the Investigation are not suitable in our current laws.So the actual operation of the law is not effective at all.Searching for the administrative responsibility of accident of food safety,the thesis analysis the existing laws and regulations, point out that the government administrative responsibility is not clear, the main body is not clear, the procedure of the investigation is not suitable.So as to propose the suggestions for the administrative responsibilities for our food safety. The suggestions include that to make the division of responsibilities clearly, to determine the case in which the government should be responsible.propose the legal procedure to make sure the main body and the punishment. And then propose the forms of responsibility.
