The township government is the most basic government organizations in the Chinese government system, and the township administration is the foundation of the whole administration management system in Chinese government, the more, the civil services of township government is an important part of our country's civil servant system. Most of the workings of township government civil servants are directly facing the peasants, servicing the development of agriculture. The major policies and measures of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" which made by all levels of governments had to be through the township government organization to carry out eventually. The job satisfactions of township government civil servants affect their work attitude, and the working attitude, work ability, work performance of the township government civil servants directly related to the efficiency of township government and implementation of the government work. The enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the township government are directly connected the relationships among the construction of new countryside in China, solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers and constructing the harmonious society.This paper adopts logical positivism research method, to study the civil service job satisfactions and their influence factors of JingBian County, aimed to achieve the followings: (1) to deepen understandings of the job satisfaction and its related theory; (2) to realized the influence factors of civil service job satisfaction of the township government of JingBian County; (3) to understand the overall situation of the civil service job satisfaction of township government of JingBian County; (4) to understand the relationships between the job characteristic factors and overall job satisfaction; (5) to understand the relationships among the demographic factors and the overall job satisfaction and the job characteristic factor.This paper is through the theoretical research, on-the-spot interview, questionnaire, SPSS statistical analysis methods and tools, to draw the following conclusions:(1) the overall job satisfaction of township civil servants of JingBian County is "general", the record is 3.035; (2) from the regression analysis, the results showed that the influence factors of the township civil service job satisfaction of JingBian County is the organizational environment, work reward, the job itself four factors and leadership styles by weight degree sequence.(3) different demographic variables have different influence to overall job satisfaction and the factors of the work characteristics. According to the study result, the author studied the ways to improve the township civil service job satisfaction, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
