A Study On Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Public Service In Lincang Border Economic Cooperation Zone In Yunnan Province

In response to the wave of reform and opening up to the border areas,border economic cooperation zone has been produced. China’s border economic cooperation zone as a special type of the development zone,public service quality directly affects the level of economic development of border economic cooperation zone. The public,as direct beneficiaries of public services in their daily lives directly perceived quality of government services. In order to improve the quality of public services in the border economic cooperation zone,the study of public services and public satisfaction of border economic cooperation zone should be strengthened.Lincang border economic cooperation zone in Yunnan province,along with the implementation of “12th Five Year Plan”and bridgehead strategy has been established.Therefore,the evaluation study of public satisfaction with public services has the necessity and importance.The paper based on the new public management theory,combing scholars at home and abroad about the public service satisfaction survey on selected indicators.According to the specificity of public service in Lincang border economic cooperation zone,create a suitable public satisfaction evaluation index system of public service. Through field surveys,found deficiencies in public services,put forward the following suggestions:(1)improve the investment environment in the zone;(2)promote border ethnic culture;(3)open foreign-oriented bilingual schools and education helping agencies for migrant children;(4)set up domestic and foreign talent exchange centers and employment guarantee agency;(5)strictly prevent and control border drug crime and the spread of AIDS;(6)outsource the large medical equipment maintenance and updates of hospital in the zone;(7)officers and civilians work together to maintain the border security;(8)approval system to streamline and improve the management committee on corporate discount capital reporting,review and release efficiency.This paper is divided into five chapters: First,combs the related research results of scholars at home and abroad. Second,introduce the theoretical basis for public services satisfaction survey.Third,introduce the public services satisfaction evaluation index system and evaluation mode of Lincang border economic cooperation zone. Fourth,the empirical survey analysis of public service in Lincang border economic cooperation zone.Fifth,suggestions of public services improvement in Lincang border economic cooperation zone. This study aims to improve public services and promote economic development in Lincang border economic cooperation zone.
