Deyang City Land Use Intensity Assessment

The particularity of the land intensive use has been generalized and according to this connotation the field survey of the project has been put in practice. This paper mainly discusses the problem,such as extensive use, irrational use structure and low land benefit,of the urban land intensive use and takes the Deyang as a case city. Based on the current situation analysis of the urban land use, the authors summarize the characteristic and existent main limitation of land use in Deyang. This paper analyses the main reasons of it. And then through the building up different evaluation index systems and methods, the authors give the evaluation conclusion about the urban intensive use in Deyang. It believes that with the acceleration urbanization, potential land must be taped and intensively utilized in order to avoid 'blind projects 'developing areacraze' and'occupied land without law'.We must take comprehensive countermeasures to meet the increasing demand of land for urban development in order to promote the betterment of urban land utilization structure, raise the utilization efficiency of urban land resources and fulfill sustainable development of urbanization. Land protection audit system investigation and analysis of present landsituation for construction in urban and countryside, activation of stock land and control countermeasures of increasing cost for new land were proposed in this paper so as to insure the demand of land utilization.
