With the regularity operation of market economy, as the SonCompany of CNPC Liaoyang Petro-Chemical Fibre Company, we need urgently toorientation renewably and establish developing strategy.This article settles the problems of"where" (developing direction) and "how"(developingscheme) by the methods of using administration theory, consulting reference articles andanalysising enterprise case.First, this articles analysises the outer environment of LPM. It is getting better, investmentof project is developing, and demand of market is rising. Industry of machinery has thetrend of come into prospering. As one of main Son Company of CNPC LiaoyangPetro-Chemical Fibre Company and in industry of getting more assist from government,LPM has a better developing environment. At the same time, with the developing of societyand technology, competence of enterprises in the same industry, LPM is facing newchallenge.Second, this article analysis inside environment of LPM through the aspect of values lainand cores competition ability. One of inferior position is the convergence of market; theability of getting profit from outside and marketing research is weak. The second are lack ofmodern management system, high cost of product and heavy burden of society. The thirdare poor assets and equipment drops behind. The forth are aged personal and low wholediathesis. One of superior position is the superiority of market and faithfulness of customer.The second is familiarity of customer's setting and superior in technology. The third is thespreading of servicing net. The forth is superior in staff and ability of reactivity.Next, this article establishes whole developing strategy through the method of SWOTanalysis. Orientation of LPM is centralize in manufacturing, Orientation of industry isdeveloping of three category products.This article establishes strategies in R&S, marketing, personal, manufacturing and financingaccording as the main theory of competence strategy. Emphases in raising the ability ofmarketing and researching, manufacturing high quality non-code equipment, manufacturingspecialized spare parts, developing special steel industry, servicing for main market anddeploitation of society market.The end, this article discusses the management of applying strategy through aspects ofmanagement system, organizing structure and enterprise culture.This article also discusses the mode of developing alliance and the mode of developingother products through superior products in certain market.
