Labor Mobility Under The Open Economy

Labor mobility in open economy is an important and realistic issue of labor economics. The problem of labor mobility is studied from a new perspective in the thesis. The influence of trade, capital flow to labor mobility is studied. The impact of information revolution to labor mobility is also discussed. And in this article, all the problems were studied from the developing country's point of view.By looking back the theory of labor mobility, the meaning of open economy, labor market and labor mobility is analyzed. The difference between domestic labor mobility and transnational labor mobility, the mechanism of labor market and the pattern of labor mobility were also explained. Then it focuses on the problem of brain drain and brings forth some policy advice from developing country's point of view. The last part of the thesis is the summary.
