Competitiveness Of Enterprises Based On Systems Engineering Research

Competitiveness is the essential ability of enterprise in market system. Because of strong competitiveness, private enterprise has make distinct progress since the Reform and Opening-up. After China join WTO, The research of enterprise competitiveness has been a hot and important project.The research of enterprise competitiveness is a exploring and creative project. It is a hot and difficult problem to identify the enterprise competitiveness quantitatively. This paper is theoretically based on economics and management science; and it uses systems engineering and statistics as calculation method; furthermore, it makes basic research on evaluation of enterprise Competitiveness with information technology, and it accomplished the system which is to evaluate and support enterprise competitiveness.This paper is consist of six parts.Part one, introduction. In this part, it is introduced that the background of the paper and the existent research of enterprise competitiveness. And then the innovation of my paper is emphatically explained.Part two, the theory and method of enterprise competitiveness. Research enterprise competitiveness firstly needs a distinct recognition of enterprise competitiveness. Firstly, we define enterprise competitiveness .And then the width and consistency of enterprise competitven--enss is recognized .At last the four essential and the character of enterprise competitiveness is introduced.Part three, the appraisal index system based on XML. In this part ,firstly we introduce the agile virtue of XML. And then we give a set of integrated appraisal index system based on XML. At last, we introduce the classes of integrated appraisal index system in detailed.Part four, the method to confirm the weight of index based on Delphi and AHP.In this part ,firstly we introduce the progress of Delphi and AHP. And then we give a way to confirm the weight of index based on Delphi and AHP.Part five, the method to evaluate enterprise competitiveness based on TOPSIS. In this part .firstly we introduce several main method of evaluation .And then we choice TOPSIS as the way to evaluate enterprise competitiveness.Part six, the evaluation system of enterprise competitiveness. On the base of theory research, we developed a evaluation system of enterprise competitiveness On C++ Builder6 . In this part we introduce the function and character of the evaluation system of enterprise competitiveness.
