| For domestic enterprises, economy globalization brings forward not only the development opportunities but the challenges and opposite effects. As the entities in the market, enterprises have to find out a sustainable path if they intend to survive and develop in the increasing competition. Quality and quantity of the employees in the enterprise determine the prosperity or the decline of the enterprise.Against the weakness of the exiting training job in domestic enterprises, this dissertation is designed to set up a comparatively integrated and effective training management system.First, from the definition and the character of training, the basic theory in this industry is discussed. And after gathering the data about the advanced idea and mode in training abroad, traits and working pattern in U.S, Japan and German are concluded here.Then, Effective paths to training improvement and the systematical training management in particular are brought forward in this dissertation.Finally, according to the definition of system, the study range in this paper- training in position- is defined strictly. From theoretical aspect, the systematical training management mode is set up. Meanwhile, the realistic operation process is stated here. |
