Meanwhile it studies the cases of community conflicts and the relationship between organizations, and analyses the problems of self-governance on the view of Low-Politics theory and finds some solutions for it. It reveals the rationality and effectiveness that put self-governance into the governance system of the Low-Politics theory and it shows that the Low-Politics theory is the strong theoretical support for solving community self-governance plights. These plights can be solved and promoted by the Low-Politics theory and in order to really promote community self-autonomy.
