Ordinary Primary School Organizational Culture Research

The school organizational culture, which is the hidden power to distinct schools from one another, can influent the behaviors of school personnel. It is also the leading power of school management, whose purpose is to solve problems. The procedure of forming school organizational culture is not only a procedure to recognize the school value and basic hypothesis, and also a procedure of forming a standard of school behaviors. Because of the abstract of this concept, this paper is focus on the essence of the school organizational culture, by studying individual cases. By using questionnaire, interview, reference, this paper analysis the school organizational culture of school A. It analysis not only the inner teacher, teacher-to-manager culture,but also the factors that affect the school organizational culture. According to the study of school A, this paper provides advices to form the school spirit, the minimization of organization, etc. This paper consists three parts: the first part points out the problems by studying school A.
