With the deepening of new curriculum reform, more attention paid to thequalitative evaluation, Teaching Portfolio cover as a qualitative evaluation method sothat more and more attention.Portfolio evaluation method in the United States has ahistory of more than30years, Chinas international division also has been used verywidely, has obtained the very good teaching effect. In suburban middle school artclass, because of various aspects reason, Portfolio evaluation method and hadntbeen enough attention. If hard copy sets of domestic and foreign experience, maycause the effect of the spoil things by excessive enthusiasm. So how to use file coverin suburban middle school evaluation method of effective play to its advantages topromote learning, improve the quality of learning, to the attention of the students ofart discipline, finish the transition from the wrong cognition to skillfully use, is aworth thinking and research topic.
