Physical education is a very important aspect of school education, it has adistinct, sports activities are mostly carried out in practice, it provides students withthe full observation, thinking, operation, practice opportunities for performance. Ingymnastics teaching process, teaching emphasis on Teachers "teach", and the lack ofresearch and innovation research method, influence of the gymnastics teaching effect.The ability of creation holds the extremely important status in gymnastics, creativeteaching in gymnastics teaching, good at finding students let students experience theeffectiveness of gymnastics innovation, have action to stimulate the students’ interestin innovation, cultivating students’ innovative ability is the inevitable requirement ofthe development of teacher education, based on classroom teachers on how to carryout creative, sports teaching, raises student’s exploration spirit, sense of innovationand practical ability, is one of the major issues we sports teachers in the new situation.Through the research teaching, can cultivate students’ problem consciousness,active participation, cooperation, information processing ability, make students form apositive learning attitude, and promote the harmonious development of nonintellectual factors. Based on the research on learning the concept of sports teachingin Colleges and universities, the research methods of teaching and learning in physicaleducation, to better achieve the goal of quality education and lifelong physicaleducation to cultivate innovative talents, teaching goal. The application ofresearch-oriented teaching to college gymnastics teaching, to adapt to the newdemand of the modern society of physical education, provide favorable conditions forthe cultivation of students’ creative thinking and ability of teaching. In this paper,Xinzhou Teachers College2013gymnastics class as an example, through theexperimental comparison, analysis, and to investigate the influence ofresearch-oriented teaching learning and innovation ability of students’ interest, the.Through the experimental research of research type teaching in gymnastics teachingin Colleges and universities in the research, teaching and sports practice teaching, tofind the best combination of points, really put the research teaching into teachingcourse in gymnastics teaching in Colleges and universities, the experimental resultsshow that:(1) the research teaching can improve the students’ technology practice ability and innovation ability.(2) the research teaching can stimulate students interestin learning, promote the development of students’ personality.(3) by diversifyingteaching contents, diversified teaching method to promote the students’ teamcooperation ability. Through the comparative analysis with traditional teaching,research teaching has the good effect in the cultivation of students’ teamwork,personality development and technical practice etc.. At the same time, put forward thenew request to the research teaching teachers’ professional ability, on the basis of thedevelopment of sports in Universities in China trend, provide a new theoretical basisfor the college gymnastics teaching reform, hoping to provide a useful reference forimproving the effect of College Physical Education Teaching in our country, but alsoprovide the valuable reference for other sports project teaching.
