Based on the demand theory, sport is the most fundamental factors affecting the demand for primary and secondary school physical health problems. In this paper, Chongqing 528 students surveyed for the study, the use of literature, research methods interviews, questionnaires, mathematical and statistical analysis. Cognitive demands on the structure of school sports were studied, the results show that:the needs of students in sports connotation structure constituted by four dimensions, the contribution of the four dimensions affect the demand for primary and secondary school sports are positively correlated with the size of its contribution to the influence of the order: students sports interest (0.76), the students of sports resources (0.74), schoolchildren sports environment (0.73), schoolchildren sports concept (0.67). Physical structure on students cognitive differences demand analysis concluded that age and family seat, both objective factors "in the primary physical needs" cognitive level there is a very significant difference (p<0.01), gender, grade, School location, three objective factors "in the primary physical needs" cognitive level there was a significant difference (p <0.05). Laid the foundation for understanding the needs of our understanding of the sports connotation pupils and related issues from the perspective of theory, opened up a newer cognitive path. Analysts pointed out that at this stage the students demand sports and sports service supply does not correspond to the presence of supply and demand. Data show that the contradictions mainly from schools and social aspects, mainly in the school curriculum, extracurricular sports activities and sports facilities does not correspond to the social and physical needs of students. In this regard, this paper two levels put a positive school and community sports correspondence students interested in sports environment students, schoolchildren sports concept, interventions in primary sports resources to effectively meet the expectations of sport needs students to ease supply and demand, reversing the decline in physical health situation of students to achieve the comprehensive development of students, provide a theoretical reference for research or work.
