The teacher’s job satisfaction is directly related to the quality of teaching in schools and the quality of education, it has the dual significance. How to survey teachers’ job satisfaction by effective way, and how to develop relevant measures in view of the influence of teachers’ satisfaction, is an important problem needed to be investigated by the educators and education policy makers. This paper is based on researches at home and abroad on the current teachers job satisfaction, comprehensively using the method of questionnaire, interview and so on to survey the job satisfaction for the junior middle school teachers in Dalian City, and analyzing the present situation of junior middle school teachers’ job satisfaction in Dalian from the aspect of work content, working environment, interpersonal relationship, social status, salary and welfare, training and promotion, self realization, leadership and management, working pressure. In addition, from the perspective of gender, age and the age factor, education factor, title, post factors, factors of administrative factors, analyzed the differences among the junior middle school teachers’job satisfaction in Dalian. This study is based on the analysis of theory and data, from the of view of educational administration, school, teachers and puts forward effective measures to enhance junior middle school teachers’job satisfaction in Dalian. This paper has certain significance and reference value for other related research areas to develop teachers’ job satisfaction.
