With the reformation and development of our country’s economy, the universities have enrolled more students than before since1999. Due to the consumption requirements of economic development and people’s living standards improve, people of higher education increases. Enrollment and higher education institutions of higher education in China large-scale constrution of the building of the new campus and UniversityCith is growing.In the ten years, more and more universities have built new campuses. Although the new campuses have met the development of higher education, they also meet lots of problems. One of the problems is we pay no attention on the hidden curriculum. Generally questioned the quality of university students by the community, and university courses have also been a strong concern.The purpose of our education is to nurture students to become moral, intellectual, physical and the united states and other comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors. However, because china has long been subject to the influence of the former soviet union philosophy of education and the construction of socialism in urgent need of professionals to objective environment impact of china’s university education, the traing objectives is to develop the senior specialists, this position is to meet at the timethe construction of socialism, but with the development of china’s economy, which over-emphasize the intellectual part of the training students in order to improve the values of college students develop the professional quality of the college students for the purpose of the concept of neglect, the cultivation of moral qualities and behaviorthe norms, students’feeling, consciousness and other nor-intellectual facotors du not fully get attenion, ignore the comprehensive development of college sutdents. The course provides not only professional knowledge to students, the curriculum should meet the students’ heart, so-called university courses aimed at promoting the student’s heart and soul development is the dominant course of the doors of university courses in addition to including officially included in the professional teaching programs, also students’emotiongal culture, school culture-buliding, campus architectural style, the teacher-student realitonship, the relationship between strudents,the construction should be adopted to strenghen the cultivation of will, fatith formation,the correct choice of values, to enable students through the universtiy of hidden curriculum subtle rolebe developed and improved in feeling, consciousness and othe non-intellectual factors.The hidden curriculum is one of the important parts in curriculum, which has the vital significance in fostering the comprehensive quality of the university students. In order to fully make use of the function of hidden curricuium10train students’perfect personaiity, this thesis mainly discusses the problems and the measures of the construction of the university hidden curriculum. The thesis bases on the questionnaire survey and the theories of hidden curriculum and discusses five parts of hidden curriculum such as hidden curriculum planning, hidden curriculum implement, and hidden curriculum valuation to fully make use of the function of hidden curriculum. We hope the students can development in all-around way.The main methods which are used in this thesis are documentation method and questionnaire survey.
