The recessive course in colleges and universities, is an important part ofhigher school education system is composed of aspects of elements of a university, isthe intrinsic characteristic of a university. The vast areas of school life, it exerts a subtleinfluence on the life of each student, is one of the important environmental factors thataffect college students’ development. At present our country’s higher education reformrequires the construction of hidden curriculum research. Only good construction ofhidden curriculum, college students can grow up healthily in the good schoolatmosphere, adhere to the correct world outlook, the outlook on life, values, andfundamentally improve the quality of college students, to form a good spirit, to achievethe training goal of higher education. This paper attempts to explore the construction ofhidden curriculum in colleges and universities from several aspects, firstly analyzes thebasic problems about hidden curriculum, then using the interview method to the presentsituation of the construction of the hidden curriculum in colleges and universities todaydoes a lot of insight, and analyses the reasons of the problems, finally puts forwardSuggestions for the development of hidden curriculum, the hidden curriculum to play itspositive effect of education as soon as possible, to cultivate more healthy personalities,knowledge, modern talents with creative services.
