The object of education is people, and to promote the continuous healthy development of people is the eternal pursuit of education. Sadly, however, the modern education seriously neglects the human life and ignores the life education, which leads to the result that many students lose the happiness they deserved in their own life and fail to recognize the significance and value of life. At present, the common phenomenon that students’indifference to life of others as well as their own gives the top priority to the life education in today’s education system.Luckily, since the beginning of 21th century, Liaoning, Shanghai, Hunan and some other places have continuously issued the policy of life education, which played an exemplary role in the development of the life education. However, the lateness of life education in China leads to the deficiency in the aspect of theory and practice. Thus we need to learn from the experience of other countries and continuously explore our own theoretical system and practice pattern. Based on this situation, how to constitute a kind of practical pattern of life education for primary school is the important content of this dissertation.The core of this dissertation is the present situation of primary school life education practice and take Suzhou city LT primary school as a questionnaire distribution spot. Firstly, the paper introduces the different scholars’cognition of the connotation, target, content and way of implementation of life education. Secondly, the paper briefly introduces the life education of Chinese Hong Kong, Chinese Taiwan and part of the developed country. Finally, the paper investigates the present situation of LT primary school life education development. Through the methods of questionnaire, observation, interview, the author made detailed investigation of teachers, students and school’s own environment. Finally, the author works on the results of the survey, found a certain problems and reasons that existed in the process of LT primary school life education and gave some suggestions for improvement.
