30 years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has made great development, with the difference of regional economic development, more and more role on resource allocation of market forces more backward areas, a large number of farmers come into the cities and towns, the factory by the commerce ministry, the moment when the backward areas of labor back pack to leave home, in a family’s eyes is to leave his father, mother, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and other roles, and in more scholars and experts there means countless left-behind children born, means that their lack of supervision and management. Lack of family supervision and management makes the left-behind children young hearts suffered severe trauma, so that they become a special group China promote modernization under fission. How to strengthen the supervision and management of the left-behind children in this context, to make up for the lack of corresponding are we thinking of problem.Based on this, this paper mainly in Yanyuan County of Sichuan Province G primary school as an example to investigate, the concrete structure of the thesis is as follows:the first part mainly puts forward the main topic of this article, proposed the corresponding research purpose and research significance, the research status at home and abroad, research ideas and research methods, analyzed the related concepts and theoretical basis. The second part of the paper launched an investigation on the supervision and management of rural left behind children, mainly in Yanyuan County of G primary school as the investigation object, through questionnaire, interviews and other practical ways of investigation to the existence of many problems in the present family education has launched the analysis. Has carried on the analysis in the third part of Yanyuan County G Primary School left-behind children family education main body vacancy situation, the main existing problems in the management of family supervision, supervision and management of the school in question, left behind several children’s social supervision and management of the vacancy problem etc.. In the fourth part, aiming at these problems, family coping strategies, the school of coping strategies, social strategies.Left-behind children is the inevitable result of city development, vulnerability is more prominent in the city of our country in education foundation, also shows the necessity and urgency of strengthening the construction of supervision and management system of left behind children, is an eternal subject of world situation, circumstances and the party situation of frontline workers, only deepening to explore, discover the problems, continue to explore the theories and methods, it can better solve the problem of the supervision and management of left-behind children, to better guide our present social development.
