In order to satisfy the urgent needs of professional talents above all types and at all levels with the rapid growth of our country.Since 2009,graduate cultivation model has been improved totally,at the same time established full-time professional master degree model.This model is geared to the needs of recruit fresh graduates,and committed to promoting the postgraduate educating cultivating applied talents rather than academic talents.However,due to the short development course and inadequate experience in our country,it cannot guarantee the education quality effectively.Therefore,this article selected topic of full-time education professional master degree training quality.Aim to provide support for the development and improvement of professional degree graduate education and even the whole educational system.This article as a normal university as a case,the main content research full-time professional master degree.The questionnaire includes four sides: train target,admission regulation,teaching plan thesis demand,count and analysis the investigation result.Through the investigation result reflects some questions of education quality: the train target is not clear and reasonable,the admission regulation is not rigorous,the quality of students is bad,the teaching plan and teaching quality are not rigorous,thesis demand need improved,the censorship is energized.To aim at the situation of these questions,propose improvement measures of full-time professional master degree,includes four sides: clarify train target and realize scientific guidance,improve admission regulation and promise the quality of supply students,improve teaching plan and focus on practical experience,strengthen thesis requirement and censorship.
